• Experience in performing diagnostic testing, repair, installation, upgrading, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on Windows computers and their operating systems.

• Have a high level of experience with the Internet, search techniques

• Possess a strong desire to learn new technologies.

• Problem Solve

• Customer Service & support to end users

• Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers

• Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices

• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
